Freight, handling, lead times and any site-specific installation charges will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation. Unavailable products are not automatically replaced by another brand or model.

The applicable cancellation, damage-reporting and return conditions must be supplied for the exact product before purchase. Contact the team before returning equipment so the correct process can be arranged.
